Fortress Family Law was founded with a single goal: to help protect our clients during the most difficult times of their lives. They need sound strategy, honest counsel, and an advocate who treats their family's future like it is the only case that matters.
We serve families across the Denver metro, in Denver, Arapahoe, Douglas, Adams, Jefferson, and Broomfield counties. That focus is deliberate. Family law is all we do, and practicing close to home lets us give every client our full attention and honest, realistic guidance from the first conversation on.
Our promise is written into our name. A fortress is not built for aggression. It exists to keep the people inside safe. That is what we build for every client: protection, peace of mind, and a clear path forward.

Jared co-founded Fortress after years running the client side of a busy family firm. His practice is family law, all of it: divorce, parenting time, and support across the Denver metro.

Veronica co-founded Fortress after serving as a director of litigation. She has practiced domestic relations exclusively since 2011, handling divorce, parenting, support, property division, and protection orders.

Colorado attorney since 2000
Jason brings a quarter century of Colorado courtroom experience to Fortress. He began his career as a deputy district attorney in Durango and has centered his practice on divorce, custody, and support ever since.
A University of Wyoming College of Law graduate raised in rural Kentucky, he brings a prosecutor's preparation to family court and straight talk to hard conversations.

Patrick joined Fortress Family Law. His practice centers on divorce, parenting, support, and protection orders, with more than a decade of family law litigation behind him.
A Chicago-Kent College of Law graduate, he is licensed in Colorado and is a member of the Family Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association.
